Ryan Mallett was born in Batesville, Arkansas, on June 5, 1988. He performed admirably at Texas High School and earned a high national ranking. He began his college football career at Michigan before transferring to Arkansas, where he helped that team succeed.

Mallett played for the Texans, Ravens, and New England Patriots before being selected by them in the 2011 NFL Draught. In his NFL career, he passed for 1,835 yards, nine touchdowns, and ten interceptions. Tragically, on June 27, 2023, he went suddenly at the age of 35.
